Ishitaa holds a double masters (MSc.) in Nutrition and Dietetics. She completed her first MSc. In Nutrition and Dietetics from University of Mumbai. She received the Dr. K.U. Naram Award from AFSTI for securing first the first rank in MSc. She then went on to complete her second masters in Clinical and Public Health Nutrition from University College London, UK- where she was awarded the degree with Distinction. Ishitaa has experience in providing nutrition counselling to patients in the UK as well India. She has also worked at the Centre for Metabolic Surgery, Wockhardt Hospitals previously. Her area of special interest is Pediatric (children), and young adult nutrition, with an additional focus on eating behaviours and disorders. She is currently undergoing training in CBT-E from the Eating Disorders Unit at University of Oxford (CREDO).
