Patient Philosophy

As a healthcare provider my goal is not to limit myself to treating or curing a patient but to empower them to take charge of their overall wellbeing. My management or care plan for my patient includes understanding what my patient wants over and above diagnosing and prescribing for them. I believe patient care is a holistic science and should largely be aligned to a patients goal of treatment. So even if it is just helping my patient understand what’s happening to them or telling them the difference between two treatment options, I am happy to help as a coach or an educator as well!
